How many businesses are competing for your customers in Florida?

Counts new filings with Florida's Division of Corporations by filing date, including any since dissolved: companies (LLCs, corporations, partnerships, nonprofits) and DBAs, the trading names sole traders must register. DBAs owned by a company are left out by default, since that company is already counted. Sole traders using their own name register nothing, so they can't be counted. Keywords match the registered name; commas inside one keyword mean "either". ZIP is the business address.
